1. WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope that you would love everything you purchase from Pretty Dame, but in the event that you do not. Any item can be returned to us within 18 days for a refund or exchange. However... used Jewellery Products and items bought on sale cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or broken, we guarantee to refund or send a replacement.
2. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We do not pay for returns postage. All returned items should still have their labels/tags on them where necessary.
3. HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
We do not ever send out faulty products, but if an item is damaged during shipping a refund would be issued. Contact us before returning and someone would then get back to you to best advise. We might occasionally require you to send along a photograph as proof of the damage, before refunding. Once we've received your photos you would then be asked to return the damaged item. Once received, a refund would be issued within 12-16 days. You would be emailed when the refund has been processed.
4. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes for clothing items exchanges are available. Please contact us and return original order first, after the first order is received your exchanged would be shipped out to you.
5.HOW DO I KNOW YOU'VE RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEM?
We strongly recommend you post the item/s back to us using Recorded/Signed For Delivery.
